It's Currently time!!
This year for Christmas my sweet baby Tucker got a stocking full of goodies from "grandma" aka my mom. He has been in nonstop doggie heaven ever since!!
Speaking of Christmas gifts... I am LOVING my new Frye boots that I got. They are one of those purchases that I would probably not buy for myself since they are so expensive but I will definitely take them as a gift!!
While I am looking forward that all 2013 has to bring.. I am so ready for it to be May 3rd already. I know this semester is going to be crazy in grad school right before graduation along with wedding planning and tutoring after school. I am just so ready for all of it to be done!!
Once all of that is behind me... my fiance and I get to start meeting with realtors and looking at buying a house together after we get married!!! Yayy!!! I am so excited for us to have a home together and for little Tucker to have a yard to play in :)
And my OLW this month is "Breathe". Sometimes when I get stressed out the most helpful thing I can do is just sit down, realize I am only one person and can only do so much and take a deep breath. Hopefully I won't be doing so much of that this semester!!
Have a great new year!!!
Glad you linked up for this! By the looks of your other posts, you most definitely have a busy 2013! Good luck with all of it!

I also teach in NC. My daughter is a student at UNCC and loves it. We have actually thought about buying a home down there (we live an hour away) for her to stay in. Then, maybe my son could use it in 2 years when he goes to college. What's the hold up - time and $.

That is a really good idea! But you are right... finding the time and the money can be difficult!!
DeleteFound you over at Farley's. LOVE the boots! LOVE the pup! I have 2 friends who live near Charlotte. One just had to move because they have a cutie that started K and their school district was baaaad! The other is about to do the same because her twins are turning 4. Just thought I would throw that out there since you are getting married. Not sure if kiddos are in the future plans, but both of my friends wished they would have thought of that before they bought their houses! Good luck with a busy year. Just became your newest follower!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the input!! I actually work in a private school and we get discounted tuition for our own kids. If we end up having some (hopefully!) then they will go there. I know what you mean about some of the schools around here though... they can be rough!!
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
